Q. In what order to the management companies appear when they are searched?
A. Depends on the search performed. If a search is done by state, city and state or by zip code, then the results are listed alphabetically by city then by property mangement company name. However, if the search is done by street address, then the results are displayed by property management company proximity to the property adress with in 100 miles of the address.
Q. Can I compare the services provided of multiple property management companies at one time?
A. Yes, up to 4 at one time - Management company profiles can be displayed side by side to allow you to compare the features and services each provide.
Q. What is a Featured Member/Featured Listing?
A. Featured members are those property managers who's logo appear above the search results. Members who have selected this feature will be rotated equally over time as searches are performed.
Q. What is a Highlighted Profile?
A. Highlighted profiles are a light yellow color to allow them to stand out from the rest of the profile list.
Q. How do I contact a management company or companies to get more information?
A. Use the ‘Contact This Company’ under the logo on the profile page or check the box(es) at the top of the comparison page to contact one or multiple property managers at one time. Fill out the information requested on the form and press the submit button. We will contact the management company, with some necessary preliminary information from you about your property, to let them know you are interested.
Q. What are the reports to you provide to property managers?
A. The property management companies listed will receive a report at the beginning of every month indicating number of clicks on your profile (featured or basic), number of times it was displayed as a featured member and how many contacted you to request more information during the month.
Q. How are leads received?
A. We will immediately email you with the contact information and property description provided by the investor looking to make contact with a property management of interest.
