In what order to the management companies appear when they are searched?
A
The default setting is the closest in proximity to the property, but the list can be sorted by length of time in business or size as well. Depending of how the search is performed, the search results will display property management companies in the same state or within 250 miles of the address provided.

Can I compare the services provided of multiple property management companies at one time?
A
Yes, up to 4 at one time - Management company profiles can be displayed side by side to allow you to compare the features and services each provide.

What is a Featured Member/Featured Listing?
A
Featured members are those property managers who appear at the top of a search. Members who have selected this feature will be rotated equally over time as searches are performed.

What is a Highlighted Profile?
A
Highlighted profiles are a light blue color to allow them to stand out from the rest of the profile list.

How do I contact a management company or companies to get more information?
A
Use the ‘Contact This Company’ under the logo on the profile page or check the box(es) at the top of the comparison page to contact one or multiple property managers at one time. Fill out the information requested on the form and press the submit button. We will contact the management company, with some necessary preliminary information from you about your property, to let them know you are interested.

What are the reports to you provide to property managers?
A
The property management companies listed will receive a report at the beginning of every month indicating number of clicks on your profile (featured or basic), number of times it was displayed as a featured member and who contacted you to request more information during the month.
